What you'll do

I meet you on the campus of the University of British Columbia. We cut through the campus and forested hideouts until we arrive at the top of the lesser used steep stairs down into the magical forested area. This is a gorgeous natural reserve of Musqeum First Nations territory comprising of 763 hectares of forest and foreshore running along the western shoreline of Vancouver. It holds a powerful healing energy that carries you along its windy forest path. The hike moves in and out of the forest and along the shore. The terrain is diverse and gorgeous every step. The ground is varied, the flora and fauna undulate with every turn. We will come across grounding magestic Douglas Firs, energy lifting grooves of Birch and meditative corners opening to serene vistas. I will guide to connect to the energy spirits of the forest where you will receive what you need to heal. This trail is clothing optional and leads to Wreck Beach, a famous clothing optional beach. There is nothing quite like walking nude in a forest when the weather is good. The trail end opens up to the famous and spectacular West Coast Wreck Beach – A hidden gem as Vancouver's only Nudest Beach.

Where you'll be

The trail we enter is quiet and secluded most of the year. Many locals are afraid to go here because it is clothing optional. It's a very unique place for its feeling of being deep in the forest even when you are close to so much civilization. Vancouver offers the opportunity to dive into the forest, lose yourself and come out regenerated.
