What you'll do
Capoeira Angola is an art, a dance, a game, it's fun!! It combines corporal expression in a diverse array of movements with music, instruments, and singing. These classes are for everyone! People with zero experience and people who have trained before. The Capoeira Angola learning Process is very individual. Although we train in groups, every person is different, has his/her own time to learn, develop, and assimilate the information. Capoeira Angola is NOT competitive, nor violent, we are very careful with all the moves that we do, whether we are training alone or in pairs. We will move naturally through movements of resistance, agility, flexibility, to sequences, playing instruments and singing! But most of all we’ll have a great time trying it!

In 1999 he moved to Bahia, Brazil to continue training with Mestre Valmir part of the same Foundation. In 2007 he moves from Bahia to Bogotá to continue promoting Capoeira Angola in Colombia and as part as the Foundation’s Colombia branch, FICA-Bogotá.
