I am a farmer and have been canning/preserving foods for over 30 years. I am trained Master Preserver for the University of Maine Cooperative Extension.

What we’ll do

We will process fresh or fruit or fruit juices to make our base for our jelly/jams. Wash/Prepare our canning jars, rings and lids. Wash/Prepare Canner Cook fruit, add pectin, then add organic sugar, stir and boil Ladle fruit into prepared jars Add lids and rings Place jars in Canner, bring to boil. Where you'll be

We will conduct our workshop on farm, in our unique A-Frame house in our commercial kitchen area. We grow/produce Organic produce on site and practice sustainability. Our farm is a special place to see and enjoy a LOCAL FOODS experience.

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.
