I practice yoga for more than 20 years, i teach yoga now for several years and the combination of being in nature, doing yoga and being on an meditative walk is just amazing. you will feel the energy of the mountains, the lakes, deep forests and yourself. i will be on your side and guide you through this transformative process.

What we’ll do

If the weather is bad, we will do the yoga session in the studio and the walk afterwards. With good weather conditions we will walk the Ge(h)-Zeitenweg and do poses or meditative practices on each station. We will meet, 15 minutes before we start the walk at the yoga studio and then we start the walk. it will take round about 2 - 2,5h. It`s the Allgäu, close to the mountains, be prepared for every…

pls bring some sunscreen on hot sommer days to protect yourself, we will walk through forest area, as well as meadows and pathways.
