What we’ll do

Meet at The Roost at 1pm and run through preparation for the afternoon. Enjoy an interactive learning experience harnessing wild yeasts and cultivating your own yeast. Move from there to the process of traditional croissant making. Making croissants is traditionally a three day process however Linda prepares each stage in advance so you can move seamlessly to the next stage with pre-prepared…

Where you'll be

You will have a 'behind the scene's' tour of The Roost Executive Bed and Breakfast's self sufficient paradise in suburbia. Chat with Linda and Graeme about organic growing, chicken raising, cheese and bread making. Linda also makes yoghurt and cheese using natural plants and micro-organisms and is keen to share her knowledge with anyone looking to start their self sufficient journey :)

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

Up to 4 guests ages 18 and up can attend.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
