What you'll do
We will begin with a small warm up and then proceed on our run. Our run will be about 5 miles (8 km) and we will be running at a conversational pace. We can always adjust distance/pace too and we can make stops for pictures/water breaks! At the end of our run, we will stretch, and if there's interest, do a quick ab workout. After our workout, we will go to a local Boston coffee shop and grab a little treat :)
I used to do xc in high school and now I just run for fun! Running is my favorite way to explore Boston and destress. I run about 3-5 times a week, both on my own and as part of Midnight Runners community (check them out, maybe there's one in your city!). I have done numerous road races, including 4 half-marathons, and I hope to run a marathon someday. In addition to being a runner, I am also a fitness instructor and teach strength & flexibility classes. So come run with me to get a great workout in and explore the wonderful city of Boston!
Where you'll be
We will meet at Boston Common (intersection of Charles St & Beacon St) and then run on the Charles River and along the ocean. We will end our run at the same location and then we will go to a local coffee shop nearby (I have several options!).

Up to 8 guests aged 14 and up can attend.
Just remember to wear a comfortable running outfit & feel free to bring a bottle of water (although there will be water fountains on the way). Unfortunately, I can't provide bag drop, so pack lightly!
