What we’ll do

We will move, breath & stretch prior to our 1 hour forest bathing, I will bring mats and have them in field to stretch and feel our way into bodies and connection with nature, I will share a bit about the woods and we will begin our hike, you will receive water, as we move through the forest I will show you ways to stretch using the natural environment and we will have moments of stillness on our…

Sturdy shoes, warm clothes, long pants comfortable if plants rubbing up against your skin will aggravate you, and so you may move better with a little bit of yoga, and if it is warm (bug repellant)

Where you'll be

We will have access to many trails and will choose the trail that fits us on that day, this is one of the favorite local hiking spots on the island, and is not overly crowded and will be able to experience quiet and movement and scenery. It will support you to un-plug, relax and connect with the natural world.
