What we’ll do

Dolphins, manatees, and the beautiful hues of teal water in the Gulf of Mexico! Come to enjoy some water sports on the Cotee River! You will be greeted with our authentic welcome barista beverage and sit by the bayou to chat about the water excursions that are available and which tour you would like to begin your adventure on the water! It is advisable to wear waterproof sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, possibly a long sleeve water sports shirt, bring a waterproof pouch for your cell phone for pictures, water shoes, and a smile:)

Where you'll be

There will be remote access only with a myself as a guide into the bayou waters that lead out to the Cotee River, mangroves, and finally the Gulf of Mexico. We will access the Anclote Island which is a Nature Preserve only available to arrive by boat or kayak. During the journey, we stop by one of the stilt houses to have a beverage, and no one has access to this privilege as it a privately owned house which we have permission to visit.

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

Up to 10 guests ages 18 and up can attend. Guests should know how to swim and be responsible.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
