What we’ll do

We will begin your session with finding out your goals and any injuries or ailments that you have. We will then work on physical traditional Yoga postures to meet your goals and explore ways of improving flexibility and build strength. Where you'll be

My studio is in a stunning part of the Staffordshire Peak District. My studio is based in a peaceful location surrounded by farms. This is indoor, however if you prefer an outdoor location, then we will practise outside in the garden which has the most amazing views. The studio takes up to 4 people. Any more than that then the session will be a local village hall. We also can provide luxurious accommodation, this can be booked through Airbnb

Things to keep in mind

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

Up to 4 guests ages 16 and up can attend. No experience needed. Please be aware that there are dogs and cats at the property.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
