What you'll do
We will begin by stretching then we will start with learning how to hoop around our waist to get comfortable. Then we will transition into learning basic off body tricks such as isolation, chest rolls, basic weaves, and escalators. *If you do not know what any of this means please do not worry, I didn't know what this meant when I first started either*.

I have been hula hooping for just under 2 years! I have used all types of hoops including weighted hoops, HDPE, Polypro, and LED light up hoops. I started hooping for my mental and physical health and fell in love immediately. Hula hooping has increased my strength and flexibility as well as my dancing abilities and has overall increased my confidence. My personal growth has led to me wanting to share this experience with others who are also open to this growth!
Where you'll be
There is a tiny stage off the path around the river and we will meet in front of the stage. It is close to the bathrooms.
Things to know
Up to 5 guests ages 10 and up can attend.
Hooping is defiantly something that takes a lot of practice and repetition of moves so determination is something that is necessary. Having a positive can do attitude is needed as well!
