What you'll do

Almost 600 years ago the legendary market was founded, the great Tlanechicoloyan, historical antecedent of the Supply Center of Mexico City, where the great diversity of products that changed hands there also proceeds, as in the old square, from many corners of the Mexican Republic.
The construction of the Central de Abasto, in the seventies of the twentieth century was the answer to one of the imperative demands of the country's capital, whose main market, La Merced, no longer responded efficiently to the needs of the time.
Now a days it is considered the second largest commercial center in Mexico after the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV) and the largest in Latin America and in the world.
In the experience we will arrive to la Central de Abastos, where you will find mexican fruits, candies and flowers, there we will try some typical candies and fruits that only México has.
After touring some part of the market we will end up with a delicious meal in the seafood part.

I have been working in the Central de Abastos since I have 18 years old and I will love to share this place with other people. I also have made an investigation of how the transactional companies are eating the traditional markets, the Central de Abastos is the main supplier of this traditional markets and I think it is important that people know this magnificient place to make comunity and to take them to place where they will meet a little bit of the traditional markets in México.
I think hospitality is really important to make feel good the guests
