I offer professional fun & educational cooking classes in my professional equipped kitchen. Ever you can come, watch and eat, or work with me if you prefer, it’s a great opportunity and fun to learn traditional and also new refreshing cooking techniques, by making complete natural handmade food and join it after. I guarantee that you will enjoy lots of great food and I will provide all kitchen utensils and food supplies. There will be many different courses and you are welcome to join the complete courses or in case you prefer, just individual classes. I speak English, German and Spanish and can give the classes in any of these languages. Each class takes about 3 hours and we do at least 4 different recipes, there are classes in the morning from 10:00 – 13:00 and in the afternoon from 14:00 to 17:00 and I also offer 3 different local Market tours which are a wonderful educational fun experiences. I have worked 27 years professional in the gastronomy business and 6 years in superior education and have lots of experience and knowledge to share, I promise an unique experience you will enjoy and never forget.
