This was one of the best cooking classes I have experienced. We were so lucky with our head cook/teacher Jimmie, he was so full of energy and jokes it was infectious, so kind welcoming, friendly plus professional. He made the class so easy to follow and fun! I loved that there was also a professional photographer that took photos of us when we were cooking or walking around the farm area with Jimmie, the photos came out really nice, better than what we could take and were available the same evening when we were dropped off to our accommodation, this was an outstanding service from start to finish. We could also download the recipes. The food tasted amazing and makes me confident to try at home when back in the UK! There were many classes going on, with different teachers and groups. Our particular group was 8 people. I really loved this, and so glad I went! Definitely recommend!!

We had a wonderful experience at this cooking class and would definitely do it again! Our host educated us on all of the ingredients we were using and showed us around the garden, which was a really nice experience. She also explained all of the steps of the cooking process and made it very fun and enjoyable. Everything we eat was delicious and I hope to make some of the recipes at home.
