What you'll do

Real enthusiasm of a participant: This was WONDERFUL, a once in a lifetime experience, and Rene is the real deal! (Kaitlyn Feb. 19) Easy snowshoe tour through paradisiacal landscapes. At the meeting point at the post bus station in Langis we first do some warm-up exercises and then I instruct and adapt the equipment. I'll show you the basic knowledge you need for snowshoeing and we'll start on a route that leads through beautiful landscapes and isn't overcrowded by tourists. Especially when it goes through deep snow, I will go ahead and you can follow me in the trail. After about 2.5 hours we take a longer break. Here I cook a delicious lunch for the guests. For this I offer you hot tea or punch. Strengthened we go on through the wonderful landscape of the high moor Glaubenberg. I am convinced that you will also be enthusiastic about this varied nature with forest, water and of course snow. A guest told me that this is like heaven here, or no, even like paradise. If there is no or too little snow, we do the tour with hiking boots. The beautiful landscape is also absolutely worth seeing as a moor without snow.

René

Snow is my second home! And here it is snowshoeing, which appeals to me the most. I have been feeling well on snowshoes for many years and go up high mountains with them and also down again. For years, I lead and lead groups of 1 to 8 people through the snow on snowshoes and can thus bring the beautiful, snowy landscape closer to the guests. I know many beautiful areas and I was already in Finnish Lapland with a group on the way.

Where you'll be

Langis is easy to reach by car and by bus from Sarnen and is not far from Lucerne. We walk together through the varied landscape of the high moor Glaubenberg. The beauty of this area will fascinate and attract you. Already at the starting point you have a wonderful view of many mountains of the Swiss Alps. Afterwards we walk cross-country through snow-covered landscapes.
