※If there is hope for the date and time, Please say it.
I will hold the class according to your wishes as much as I can!!

Clothes are fierce, meat is juicy Tonkatsu!
Let's make popular Tonkatsu!
In addition to traditional Tonkatsu, we will cook arrangements Tonkatsu, miso soup, white rice etc.
And the end of class, Let's eat Japanese sweet dessert with all!!!
Of course pork to be used is made in Japan! Let's transform delicious pork into delicious Tonkatsu! Surely you will want to return home and want to make Tonkatsu. Of course I also give you an original recipe.
Now you can become a Tonkatsu master!
I also offer cold beer and SAKE as an option.
It is different from that which you eat at a restaurant, because it is the local mama who can tell the taste of home.
So you can easily make it at home too! If you master this, you can arrange any ingredients, not pork!
Let's experience it can not be experienced with ordinary sightseeing! !
Other things to note
If you have food allergies or restrictions, please let me know in advance.

Hello! I’m YUMI.
I’ve lived in Asakusa for 18years. I posted magazine articles as a chef, and made 9 years of original recipe making. Also, as a mama I make simple and nutritious food everyday.
When I was a university student, I visited various countries as a backpacker. These experiences and encounters are my roots and treasures.
I would like to make opportunity that people can taste “Japan” when they come back to home. For these reasons mentioned above, I establish “COOK! ASAKUSA KAPPABASHI”. I’ll provide travelers of special experience and interaction. As long as I have breath, I remain

Excellent experience through making Tonkatsu with Yumi. She is thoughtful and friendly which I felt we can connect through a personal level. Would definitely recommend this while you're in Tokyo!

Last year we took an Okonomiyaki class and it was very fun. We re-returned to Yumi's class with Kei to make Tonkatsu. The second time around, everyone knew each other and so the atmosphere was very friendly. Yumi is very knowledgable and we had so much fun cooking with her. Yumi wittiness and friendliness made the class very fun. I enjoyed Yumi's cooking experience for 2 years, and many more to come. I also want to give a shout out to Yumi for taking the time to show us around Asakusa. Will return for more!

We used google maps and Yumi’s picture of the outside of her building to easily find the place. There were 2 hosts, both were very welcoming. Both are house wives and cooking is definately second nature to them. Easy conversation, fun experience, and it tasted so yummy. We loved the experience in a Japanese home, it felt more authentic and it’s something you couldn’t experience in a professional kitchen studio. As a tourist in Japan we really enjoyed this. We made traditional tonkatsu and arrangement tonkatsu and home made miso soup. It was served with white rice and shredded cabbage. I was so full. Will be making this soon, she made it easy to duplicate at home! Thanks Yumi!
