What you'll do

Delicious food and healing nature await!
First, we'll meet at the main road and guests will take a short hike to the cabin location.
We'll start with a lesson on how to make the perfect nutrient-dense smoothie. Then, we'll have a lesson on how to assess, and improve the quality of your diet using a simple grading system, while enjoying our smoothies.
Next, we'll prepare a healthy picnic lunch and then head out for a hike to a secret meadow. The food preparation will include a lesson on how to prepare delicious plant-based foods with valuable tips.
We'll take a hike in the wilderness behind the cabin, and have a picnic lunch on a pristine mountain meadow, then return to the cabin for a rest.
After guests take some personal rest time, we'll convene in the kitchen for a lesson on how to prepare a delicious, nutrient-dense, plant based dish that guests will take home to share with friends and family.
Guests will hike back to the rendezvous point and say goodbye.
During the day, guests will be given an opportunity to share their personal wellness goals, and will be supported with the tools needed to get them closer to their goals.

Where you'll be

Our cabin is located in Mt. Baldy. This will be our base and where we'll have our vegan cooking demonstrations and workshop.
Mt. Baldy is my home village. As a child I scaled the mountains in my bare feet and ate watercress right out of the creek. It's is a magical place where we'll commune with nature and learn how to nourish ourselves with delicious foods. Our lunch hike will take place in the wilderness behind the cabin on an alpine meadow.

Things to know

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.

Guest requirements

Up to 4 guests ages 18 and up can attend.

More tips

Guests should be comfortable hiking a moderate grade and hopping over rocks and small streams.
Guests should be comfortable around dogs and cats.
Guests must love nature and a good adventure.
