Urban Mountains Adventures will get you right out and into the mountains, making your way up to that awesome summit picture! From Beginners to more advanced climbers, we are here to get you climbing and having fun. You and your party will get to experience what the Blue Ridge Mountains looks like from a perspective that not many get see. Lets get you out and adventuring like a local in the Virginia mountains with an experienced host!

Hey there! Im Ryan with Urban Mountain Adventures, an adventure trip guide service in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. I have been a guide in the area for many years and love to show locals and visitors alike what adventures in the mountains have to offer. My pursuit for adventure has lead me to become a certified rock climbing guide through the Professional Climbing Guides Institute, Rope rescue specialist and a paramedic. This has given me the opportunity to guide guests on rock climbing adventure trips with confidence, all while giving them a fun and safe experience!

Where you'll be
We will start our adventure by hiking to one of the amazing rock faces that the local area has to offer. You will then get to climb some of Virginia's best rock climbing areas off the blue ridge so that you can get that great, iconic mountains picture that everyone wants!

For a full refund, cancel at least 7 days before the experience is scheduled to start or within 24 hours of purchase.
Communication policy
Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside the Airbnb website or app.
Guest requirements
Up to 4 guests ages 8 and up can attend.
No prior climbing experience is required. The only requirement is an excitement for adventure and having fun!
More tips
Rock climbing and rappelling trips are for ages 8 years and up. Any skill level is welcome and please contact me for any trip adjustments or special needs. Adventure trip times are flexible with addition dates possible if needed.
