Hi, I'm Tamara! My mission is to help you use movement as a tool for empowerment and personal growth. After 18 years of technique-based dance training, I started exploring the power that movement has on our well-being, creativity, and emotional health. I now have a postgraduate degree in Dance and Movement Therapy and I teach different movement classes like creative dance, conscious movement, and conscious fitness which all have the objective of uniting the physical and emotional benefits of movement. For me, movement is a way of life! Whether to help relieve stress, unleash creativity, or channel energy, I strive to help others experience the benefits of movement in all its facets.

Where you'll be

The experience will take place in Mont juic, one of my favourite places in Barcelona. Living just minutes away from there, I fell in love with its amazing city views, beautiful vegetation, calm gardens, and abundant sunlight. You will also discover some of Barcelona's best-kept secrets like the Teatre Grec and cactus garden.

More tips

There will be no space to change so come dressed in comfortable clothes. You might also want to bring hats and sunscreen because it can get sunny up there (of course, there is lots of shade too!)
