What you'll do
Bologna is the home of fresh-rolled pasta. With me you will learn the main processing steps of egg pasta, from the creation of the dough to the laying of the dough, using only the wooden rolling pin without using any machinery. Once obtained, we will use the pastry to create at least two types of traditional Bolognese pasta. usually Tagliatelle and Tortellini. We will also prepare the famous Bolognese ragù together and, after a welcome aperitif, we will have a delicious dinner based on local recipes using pasta made with your hands. All accompanied by excellent DOC wine from the Bolognese hills, in an informal and genuine environment ......... a real taste of italy !!!

My name is Pio and a few years ago I abandoned my old and stressful administrative career, to dedicate myself completely to what until then had always been a great passion, the art of fresh pasta. Currently i'm working for of the famous restaurant of Bologna, parallel to this I can find the time to give cooking lesson, mostly with foreign clientele.
