What you'll do

Join me in an opportunity to take time out and reconnect with yourself and nature. You’ll be taken on a contemplative walk around the picturesque bay, Marina and north shore of Findhorn, where nature is rich, abundant and breathtaking. On golden sandy beaches you can see Culbin forest and mountains of Sutherland in the distance. Seals have made their home here and are often spotted, as well as a variety of birds. A chance to quietly still your mind and relax to the rhythmical lapping of waves. Followed by a short, silent meditation in my sea view apartment. Finished with a cup of fruit tea or tea with plant based milk, and a dairy free Scottish shortbread biscuit, yes they do exist!

I became a holistic therapist and started meditating, 16 years ago. I embarked on a journey of transforming my stressed, unhealthy lifestyle, into one of health, wellbeing, peace of mind and I’ve shared my knowledge with many clients and people. I moved to Findhorn, have a plant based diet and walk daily around the bay and shore as an active meditation. I hold weekly silent meditation in my apartment and am a super host. I love meeting guests from all over the world and I would love to share this ‘piece of paradise’, sense of retreat and wellbeing - a falling in love with your self and life!

Where you'll be

We’ll share our time between outside on the beach, in nature and indoors in my sea view apartment, which has been converted to gain as much light and view of the sea as possible. It’s tranquil, open plan yet cosy and ideal for meditation.

Cancellation policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 7 days before the experience is scheduled to start or within 24 hours of purchase.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

Up to 5 guests ages 18 and up can attend. Guests should be comfortable with silent meditation and contemplative walks.

More tips

Being comfortable with periods of stillness and quiet are helpful in getting the most out this experience. There’s time for chatting over a cup of tea at the end.
