What you'll do
I have two favorite morning routes, depending on the tides. If it's high tide, we'll meet at "the jetty" and take a short boat ride across the channel to Manda beach. The Manda route is a 7km trail run, past acacia and boaboa trees, past the quarry, and through the mangroves. On low tide mornings, the sand is perfect for a beach run. We can do an out-and-back of any length, or ambitious runners can join me for a 15km run to Kipungani Beach. We'll be picked up from the point by a boat - after a swim to cool off tired legs!
I'm a longtime runner - competing throughout school, running multiple marathons, triathlons, and charity , I run for fun! Born & raised in Nairobi, I moved to Shela six years ago, where i have my business after falling in love with the people, views, and lifestyle. Many people know of the beautiful Shela beaches, but there are also hidden paths and daily adventures that make morning runs here magical in manda beaches is a - hidden mangroves, , maize farms , and dodging donkeys. thick bushes
Provide boat transportation, when required.

Where you'll be
We meet at "the jetty" - it's the only one in Shela - and let the tide and runner preference decide where we go next.
