According with the season you can be part of the works in the vineyards or in in the cellar. The time we suggest are; all the month of may, when there are the small clusters, September during the grape harvest, March, when we prune the vines and we press the dried grapes for the dessert wine Vin Santo, November when we pick the olives and we crush them. On summer you can do wonderful hike in the vineyards and maybe you can help to bottle the wine. Few days of the year it could be possible to do also a wine tasting from the barrels with our master of wine who will explain the secrets of the winemaking, ask in advance for it. If you love balsamic vinegar, we will introduce in its history and you will try vinegar with different ageing. You will also discover the incredible flavours of the white truffle infused in our extra virgin. If you want to have a bottle with your personalized label, let me know 12 hours in advance your name and surname and I will prepare the private label; you will choose the wine here. Me and my family wait you !

Where you'll be

You will visit the hystorical cellar of the middle age, where we keep our more prestigious wines. In september and october you can be part of the grape harvest and you can see the pressing of the grapes. In november you could enter in the olive mills to see how is produced the extra virgin of high quality. At the end of winter you could be present at the crushing of the raisins that we use for the production of our amazing dessert wine.

My husband and I had such an amazing experience at the wine tasting! Simone gave us so much knowledge we did not have before. Not to mention he helped us with planning our transportation so it was effortless. Also for what we paid we tried various types of wine and ate quite a bit too. I would highly recommend!

Simone and Manuela are amazing hosts! This whole experience far exceeded expectations and I highly recommend it. Simone is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, food and wine is amazing (we bought some to take back to the states with us), and they even drove us back to the bus station. You won’t regret booking this experience!

Everything was absolutely perfect. When we got there we experienced a very warm welcome and had the immediate felling that they gonna take the time for the program that we needed as a group. In total we were 8 people (6 of us and another couple) The explanation of the entire process on how to make the famous Tuscan wine was in a very good English and very detailed so that we could understand the basics of how wine is made. In addition to that we also got to know how they create their unique olive oil and aceto Balsamico as well as grappa and limoncello. The tour through the wine cellar was magnificent and very impressive. They took so much time and love for the wine tasting which was combined with a lot of delicious Tuscan specialties. They explained everything and always recommended which wine to drink for the type of food that was served. The vineyard produces excellent wine in all sort of price categories which we could buy afterwards. We bought so much different stuff because the oil, the wine, the limoncello and the aceto Balsamico are of outstanding quality. It was an unforgettable experience, thanks to these lovely people and their perfect organized Tour. During Covid it is also to mention that all rules regarding social distancing between different groups, wearing face masks and providing hand sanitizer were taken care of. Thanks again for an amazing time!

What to bring

just a smile and....... Since in the summer there can also be a temperature change of 30 ° C - 50 ° F, between the external temperature and the temperature of the underground cellar, I recommend taking some clothes to cover your shoulders.
IMPORTANT: I would like to remind you that this EXP is not a professional wine class with a sommelier presence. I repeat this because sometimes a guest expects this. For a service of this kind, many more hours are needed ...
A good camera !
