What you'll do

The present experience is a compromise between a gastronomic tour and a walk among friends !
I will take you to 3 different bacari where you can taste the real Venetian flavor with cichetti (small Venetian typical food) and, at the same time, I'll show you the most unusual places that only a magical city like Venice can have, a particular and unique bridge, a corte (little square) with a legendary history, … and much more !
We will pass in areas that tourists do not know because they are far from the most famous tourist places. The meeting point is in front of Disney's store, at only 50 meters far from the world's famous Rialto bridge (Ponte di Rialto). The arrival point will be in Lista di Spagna, the most important street in Venice, at only 300 mt far from the station.
Venice is a unique and evocative city which often left you bewitched.
When you are with me you are with a new Venetian friend that will introduce you to the real Venetian way of life.
Other things to note
This experience is half way between a simple walk and drink/eat: suitable for all ages.
I suggest you to book this experience on your first day in Venice, it will help you for the rest of your stay !

Roberto was awesome! He arrived early to the meeting area. Showed us many hidden gems we would have never seen otherwise and was a wealth of information.

I highly recommend this tour on your first evening in Venice! We were taken to several different delicious places and taught how to order like true Venetians! This defiantly set us up for culinary success the rest of our stay in the city!

Roberto's tour was great. He was very knowledgeable about his city, was fun to talk to, and gave us a good perspective on the city. The bacaris we went to were all very good, with a glass of wine and ciccheti at each. He also took us to a shop to get a unique carinvale pastry. I would recommend this tour!

Roberto zeigte uns interessante Plätze, die wir alleine nie entdeckt hätten. Auch die Bars waren fernab von den Touristenströmen. Sehr sympatischer Führer, gute Stories und ausreichend Cichetti. Eva & Tom

Roberto is a friendly and nice guy. He is a local and has introduced to several buildings and neighborhoods throughout Venice, but he hasn't told us much about the history of the city-which I wished to hear more. I thought food included in the tour was ok - wouldn't say superb. Overall, a good general introduction to Venice

The walking tour was great and the food was fantastic. Very interesting, off the beaten path tour - which is rare for such a tourism-heavy city like Venice. I would definitely recommend this.
