What you'll do

You’ll take a multi-sensorial trip inside a secret room in the very heart of Oaxaca city, from Mixtec food created by Chef Olga Cabrera to the very south of the central valleys of Oaxaca where the Lucas family produces mezcal. There are different roads to arrive at the destination, easy agroecological agave or climbing the mountains and discovering wild, weird plants. You'll taste three different mezcals that will show you the diversity of flavors, perfumes, textures, and colors of Oaxaca.

The distillery is quite far from Oaxaca though, then he'll bring now the terroir close to the city for you to discover our remarkable taste and specific process in an amazing place, downtown Oaxaca.
