We had a truly amazing Bible study tour at the British Museum with David. Over 4 hours, we explored key artefacts while opening the Bible together, making powerful connections between history and Scripture. David shared deep insights into how Jesus and Paul’s teachings were viewed in their time, helping us see familiar passages in a fresh, meaningful way. His knowledge, clarity, and passion made the tour engaging and accessible for everyone — including my parents visiting from Malaysia, who also enjoyed it very much. It was a unique and enriching experience that brought the Bible to life right before our eyes. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of Scripture through history. We especially appreciated how the session encouraged questions and reflection. Truly a tour for both the heart and the mind!

I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent with David. As a practicing Catholic, the Bible really came to life for me and as I reflect, I am in no doubt that this visit has added and will continue to add to my faith. David is extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and energetic. His grasp of the material and his ability to set it in the historical as well as contemporary context is so mind (and soul) expanding. And let’s not forget the his sprinkling of dad jokes here and there (we forgive him). All in all, it was a wonderful experience that I cannot recommend highly enough. I feel blessed and privileged to have done this with David.

David did an amazing job of connecting the dots between the extra-biblical history and the biblical narrative to show the historicity of the Bible. Additionally because of his study and passion for the topic, he had insight into some aspects of biblical accounts that made much more sense with the historical context illuminated. I would highly recommend his tour/study to anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of the Bible and longs to confirm the beliefs they hold dear.

In all ways excellent. David selected certain exhibits that linked to aspects of biblical history and told their story in a natural and absorbing way - I was quite hazy about much of the history but now I want to dive into both the OT and new - and to do a follow-up visit to the museum. Particularly like David’s Socratic style of asking questions and checking we the audience could make the links. He sent educational materials and links to further resources in advance. All top notch. Thanks David!
