I am a professional skier and spend many years guiding and teaching people on the snow at Cerro Catedral as well as other ski resorts of the Andean region like Villa La Angostura and Antillanca in Chile. What we’ll do

You will get to know Cerro Catedral and descend from the most important peaks such as Punta Nevada, Punta Princesa, Piedra del Cóndor and we will take a ride at the Panoramic ridge at Nubes. You will have spectacular views of Nahuel Huapi Lake, Gutiérrez Lake, Tronador Glacier and some volcanoes in the area. What else you should know

You need to show up 1 hour earlier at the meeting point to get your gear, buy the ski pass and be ready to spend a day at the mountain.

Skis or Snowboard, poles and boots (helmet is optional and not included)

What to bring

Snow clothes, jacket and pants (not included - you can rent it here if you need too)
Ski Pass for the lifts (you can buy it here when you arrive)
Gloves, goggles or sunglasses and sunscreen.
Photo camera or video, Gorpo.

Where you'll be

We will visit Punta Princesa where in addition to the best view of Lake Nahuel Huapi and Lake Gutierrez there is a unique refuge that was brought especially from Canada. In Punta Nevada we will visit the Lynch Refuge and riding the Panoramic ridge we will also visit Piedra del Condor where the famous and unique Andean Patagonic Condor lives. From the top we can observe the Rucaco Valley, the Tronador Glacier, Mount Lopez as well as the Puntaigudo Volcano (Chile).

Guest requirements

Up to 4 guests ages 18 and up can attend. This experience requires prior knowledge to ski or snowboard down on green, blue, red and or black slopes in a safe and fun way. This will be necessary to get to the spots at the top of the mountain.
