What you'll do

Be sure you rent a bike 30 to 40 minutes before the meeting time to avoid delays. We'll start the tour right in front of Catedral Metropolitana Ortodoxa (1515 Vergueiro St.) and head to the old part of São Paulo, passing by a famous Asian neighborhood called Liberdade with a very typical decoration. Try the foods sold on its main square if you like. Then we'll pass by Sé Square and Patio do Colégio, where São Paulo was born, and ride to Luz Train Station and Portuguese Language Museum.
Then we'll pass by The Rock Gallery (stores selling music, t-shirts, and accessories for rock & roll lovers). One block away we'll see The Municipal Theater, where some of the most amazing ballet and opera performances have taken place in Sao Paulo for more than a century.
After that we'll head to Pacaembu Stadium, passing by Buenos Aires Park and some iconic buildings and museums.
Our tour will finish on Paulista Ave, where you'll be able to see the most modern part of the city, with some of the most important museums and the refreshing Trianon Park, which offers a beautiful sample of Atlantic Forest.
Finally, you'll have an astonishing view of Paulista Avenue from the top of Senac Building.

I've lived in São Paulo all my life and I know a lot about the city sights. I've been a bike rider and language teacher for over 25 years and I really like showing people around. I love history and talking to people. I can communicate in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
