What you'll do

We are exploring the biggest college town in Japan and enjoing foods that are very popular among locals. I recommend my favorite izakayas and a ramen restaurant. Izakaya is Japanese casual pub. In a izakaya, tourists sometimes find difficulty ordering foods, so I'm going to explain all foods we are eating and Japanese food and drinking culture. You may ask me anything. We meet up in front of BIG BOX, the complex of entertainment shops. First we go to an izakaya featuring yakitori. Next, we move to another izakaya to drink sake. Then we walk a littel in this biggest college town and I explain about Japanese university students culture. Lastly, we go to a quality ramen restaurant in a back street. Ramen finishes our tour.

Hirofumi

I'm a national licensed guide interpreter. I've been guiding many tourists all over Japan. I have recommendations of touring in Japan, not only typical tourist sites but also places for locals. My favorite place is Takadanobaba. It's the biggest college town featuring Waseda university. There are reasonable and good izakaya pubs and ramen restaurants because students love them. It shows the life of university students of Japan. I was a student of the university, so I know this town very well. I can guide and let you feel like as if you were a local student.

What's included
