What you'll do

This beginner level workshop will examine the cold process method of soap making, basic home apothecary and the art of using native healing herbs, while in constant conversation with the environment and plants around us.

Light walking for plant identification and harvesting is required. Guests will take away our wonderful coconut oil shampoo bar.

A delicious farm to table lunch will be served at the end of the workshop.

Guests have access to our library, yoga deck, natural dip pool and an option to spend the night in one of our beautiful natural homes or tents (additional prices apply).
Other things to note
Please abstain from bringing in single use plastic items like bottles, bags or packaged food. We would really like to provide a sustainable, nature inspired experience. Thank you.

I have been practicing and teaching herbalism and soap making on our farm to guests and visitors for the past 3 years. My partner and i are both certified permaculture designers and our quest for deeper connections and sustainable actions brought us closer to this craft.

At our herbalism and soap-making workshop, you will learn how to use plants as remedies while in constant conversation with the forest. From shampoo bars to soaps, body butter, salves, tinctures, lotions to even toothpaste, we will help you discover the answers in your own native habitat.
