What you'll do

Learn all the basics of my No Fear Bread technique in this hands-on class. In my historic downtown shop, you’ll learn to mix, shape and bake focaccia dough. We'll discuss flour types and brands, yeast and other bread making ingredients. You will go home with a loaf of still warm from the oven bread plus enough dough to create 2 more loaves on your own! Your 2 hour class includes hands-on instruction, printed recipes, access to our private Facebook bread group plus bread related snacks. Please bring an apron and plan to really dive into the dough!

Edie

I made my first loaf of bread over 30 years ago and have been baking ever since! After studying advanced baking with Jeffrey Hamelman and James MacGuire at King Arthur Flour Baking School in Vermont, I created No Fear Bread classes to show you that you CAN make your own bread! The bread making process is easy, and you won’t kill the yeast (promise!) I've taught hundreds of people my quick and easy bread making techniques that will leave you feeling FEARLESS and ready to bake!

Where you'll be
