One of the tradition in my family is to make home-made pasta and I'd love sharing with you the skills and tricks necessary to make delicious Italian fresh pasta

This is a must-do experience! We had the best day ever, cooking amazing food and learning about Italian ingredients. Valentino definitely knows how to prepare delicious food. The whole experience was well organized, we would highly recommend it to anyone!

Valentino was a amazing host. He was patient and very engaging. The experience was very hands on, which we absolutely loved. We walked away with great experiences and recipes on how to make tomato sauce from scratch, ravioli and fettuccine. After all, to cook like a real Italian, at the very least you need to know how to make a good tomato sauce and ravioli. Valentino was very encouraging and worked with our two tweens to ensure that they felt confident and empowered to replicate this at home! Thank you!

Valentino was very warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. We did not feel rushed at any time and stayed for the whole afternoon and evening. The event started with some bruschetta and was accompanied by (limitless) water and homemade white wine. Made good pasta from scratch, starting by collecting the eggs from the chicken. There was a familiar atmosphere where both staff members and visitors had great interaction with each other, despite of the language barrier we sometimes had. Valentino speaks English very well and explained exactly how to make ravioli and fettuccine. Through the process, he showed us how to make the pasta and then let us finish the job, while he gave instructions where needed. He even gave some insiders tips, which made it very valuable to us. After cooking and eating the delicious pasta, we took a short walk to the most beautiful view from the Amalfi Coast, including the pink colours of the sunset. Afterwards, there we enjoyed the evening on the terrace with a marmelade crème torte. We didn't take into account that the bus doesn't return to Amalfi at night, therefore Valentino offered to drive us back to the hotel, which we kindly accepted. Not only our stomach and cooking skills were full of love and warmth, but our hearts were as well! This is an experience to never forget.

The thing I loved most about this experience (other than how delicious our meal was at the end) was how hands on it was. It seems (from reviews) that similar cooking classes in the area are more watching, rather than doing the real work. Valentino showed us how to do things once and then we were left to complete the task. We chopped veggies, mixed up ravioli filling, kneaded dough, rolled it out and everything else. We made raviolis stuffed with mozzarella and ricotta cheese in a red sauce and fettuccine in an olive oil and vegetable sauce - both SO TASTY! Valentino also showed us where the best view was - and it really was incredible. We drank homemade wine and limoncello and finished the meal with tiramisu! Oh he also picked us up as we were so close. Great experience and very authentic!

Valentino was magnificent. He picked us up from our hotel in Agerola and took us to his magnificent restaurant located on a beautiful farm with a magnificent view point over Amalfi. He made us feel at home and offered us wine and bruschetta as soon as we arrived. The wine he had prepared himself from the grapes from his farm. And the bruschetta he made himself all from fresh produce. He then gave us a personal cooking class. We made ravioli with mozzarella and ricotta cheese stuffing with a delicious tomatoe sauce and then zucchini, eggplant and tomatoe fettuccine. This was the best pasta I have ever tasted. Valentino made sure we where actively involved in the whole procedure and let us write down his recipes. He demonstrated and then made us practice the task so we learnt what to do and exactly how to do it. Valentino was amazing and this whole experience I could not recommend more highly. Additionally Valentino offered us limoncello and tirimusi for dessert and offered us as much wine as we would like. Even sending us home with the remainder of the red wine we haven’t finished. So generous and so authentic. Thank you so much.

If you do anything in the Amalfi Coast it has to be this! We have been traveling for 6 months and this is one of your favorite activities. Valentino is lovely, we had a private lesson of how to prepare Ravioli and fettuccini pasta. All produce he grows on his farm and he has a restaurant where the experience is held. A true gentleman with a lovely family and we were lucky enough to have a few hours of real Italian experience in the beautiful mountains!! Thank you!
