What you'll do

Your day will start with a tour around the shop and then we’ll sit and enjoy a traditional mate tea. After you get comfortable and learn all about the beautiful neighborhood that surround us, we’ll get ready to start baking one of Argentina’s most historical treats, alfajores. Over the course of 2 hours I’ll teach you one of my favorite recipes and we’ll use the traditional dulce de leche, which is similar to caramel but with Argentina’s own twist. After all of your hard work, we’ll sit together and try your creations and you’ll even have enough to take back with you!
