What you'll do

You will jump right into your training as a professional long jumper by going through a series of warmup drills and a variety of other plyometric based exercises on the beach. From there the real workout will begin, and depending on your level of fitness and what you are trying to get out of the workout, we will get into a series of plyometric, speed, power, and explosive training exercises. Be prepared to sweat and workout like you never have before, because these workouts are intense and you will wake up the next day feeling like you just trained like a professional athlete. Though it will probably be the most intense workout that you have ever been a part of, you will have lots of fun being on the beaches of Florida soaking up some sun!

I am a professional long jumper training for the Olympic games in Tokyo of 2020. I have been long jumping for over 10 years and have been coaching collegiate athletes for 3 years. Throughout my time as an athlete, I was able to obtain 2 National titles and 11 All- American statuses finishing top 8 in the country. Now, along side my coach, I am training 5-6 days a week on different terrains. On the track, on the hills, on the beach, in the weight room, and many more.

Where you'll be

We will workout on one of the best beaches that palm has to offer. Ocean ridge beach is quiet but filled with energy and beautiful waters!

Things to keep in mind

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

Up to 7 guests ages 18 and up can attend. Parents may also bring children under 2 years of age.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.

What to bring

Proper exercise attire- Tennis shoes, running shorts, and any other comfortable sporting attire

Make sure you have enough fuel in you in the morning to get you through an hour of workouts!
