What you'll do

Art journals are a great place to explore thoughts and feelings through imagery and relieve stress. Using conversation and guided prompts participants will focus on the process, which can enhance problem solving abilities or just be a valuable place to filter ideas. Each session will begin with a prompt and discussion. Once participants move in to art journaling a wide variety of drawing, painting and collage materials will be available with instruction if needed. No art experience necessary. After art making participants will share from their process at their level of comfort. This will not be a critique, but a discussion about the art journaling process and response to the quote.
