About your host

I've been a certified Personal Trainer since 2010, nutritionist since 2014, and have done several competitions in the world of body building and obstical racing. My passion is leading next level fitness classes in person and live streaming. I also love to teach nutrition workshops.

What we’ll do

Guests will enjoy a 45 minute HIIT workout which includes a variety of equipment and movements. Upon arrival guests will receive a bottle of water and sweat towel along with optional sports supplement. They will fill out a waiver and get an overview of the Workout. They will warm up for 5 min. Stretch then move through a 35 min workout followed by cool down.

What else you should know

This group workout is intended for guests who are actively working out and who have no current injuries. This is an advanced workout HYBRID style meaning you will be performing cardio and resistance.

Where you'll be

We will engage in a workout at my home gym which is my garage. It is equiped with dumbbells, punching bag, mats, medicine balls, etc.

Things to keep in mind

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

Up to 4 guests ages 18 and up can attend. Guests should have training experience and be considered fit.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
