What you'll do

Avoid the crowd and get my undivided attention in order to discover as a local the spectacular sights of Zurich and surroundings by walking and experiencing the most punctual public transport system in the world. You will discover in a very small group the cultural and financial capital of Switzerland, afterward, you'll enjoy a pleasant cruise on the crystal clear Lake Zurich and at the end a short ride on the aerial cable car to a little local mountain to admire spectacular views.
In the Old Town, we will focus on most of the city's landmarks and I'll share with you interesting facts about Swiss food, economy, politics, lifestyle, etc. to make you understand better how the Swiss society is organized.
We will depart afterward to a popular recreational area for the locals living in and around Zurich called Felsenegg, which offers incredible views overlooking Zurich, the lake and the snow-capped Alps. We will experience a short hike on a special trail called "Planetweg" which represents our solar system on a reduced scale and will enjoy the fresh air of the beautiful forest before heading back to Zurich by boat enjoying a 45 min cruise on the Lake Zurich.

Since 10 years Switzerland became my home. Fascinated by its history and high living standards, political and social organization, economic miracles of this Alpine country, I decided to find out how Switzerland became one of the most powerful and wealthy nations. Besides my own researches and studies, I successfully graduated from Switzerland's Travel Academy and became an official Swiss Travel Expert. Now I'm sharing my knowledge with travelers from all over the world. Recently I launched my own tour company to offer WOW moments, memories and the most photogenic locations to our visitors.

This was a great tour! Greg was a friendly, witty, entertaining, and knowledgeable guide around Zurich. This was a great way to see many aspects of Zurich in one day, including spectacular views overlooking the area from a small mountain and the ferry. Definitely would recommend this to others, but you must like walking!

Greg is a true professional in his field. He knows everything you could probably ever want to know about Zurich and Switzerland, his I-pad back of data was great and he is warm, personable and has a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend him to everyone who is considering a trip to Zurich... he does not have a "canned" spiel that he just rattles off, he is very unique in the best way. The tour was worth every "penny". I worked as a freelance tourguide in Chicago for over 10 years..so I know what I am talking about!
