What you'll do

Participants are introduced to a unique, creative approach to focusing on, reflecting and realizing one’s heart’s desire. Participants learn the principles behind Creative Journal Expressive Arts techniques. Each individual is guided through meditation, writing and collage creation to address individual area of focus. Collages are developed using pictures and words from magazines. Most of the workshop is done in silence. Breaks are taken to allow optional sharing. Participants leave with a poster sized Visioning® collage, their personal journal and tools for continuing to achieve their heart’s desire. Electronic versions are also provided. Work will take place in our Victorian home in the Belchertown Historic District. There is an option to work outdoors in our garden weather permitting. Lunch is either at a local café or a boxed picnic option when weather permits at the local Quabbin Reservoir. Three hours are allowed for the workshop and one hour for lunch. Participants can arrive up to 30 minutes prior to the experience. This is a good option for anyone wishing to learn more about the history of our home.

Chris

My husband and I have hosted Airbnb guests for several years and have noted a growing interest in my workshop and coaching activity. This program is based on the Visioning® method originated by Dr. Lucia Capacchione, author of Visioning: Ten Steps to Designing the Life of Your Dreams (Tarcher/Putnam). I trained personally with Dr. Capacchione and am certified by her as Creative Journal Expressive Arts Instructor and Visioning® Coach. I have been delivering workshops and coaching since 2001. More information can be viewed on my website, doorwaysanddreams.com.
