What you'll do

We will meet at my pizzeria where you will become a pizza maker for a day. During the course we will talk about the necessary raw materials and how to use them to get the correct dough. Once prepared, you will discover the secrets of rising and spreading the dough. Finally, all you have to do is season it with traditional products and then bake your first real Neapolitan pizza! At the end of the course we will eat together the pizza you made!


Don't forget to come back during opening hours because every participant will receive a Margherita pizza and a drink!

I am Agostino, Neapolitan DOC pizza maker! Born and raised in Naples where I teach at the Pizza School. My passion for food was born when I was still a child and I observed with curiosity my mother, her grandmothers and aunts struggling with the preparation of typical Neapolitan recipes. With them I discovered the aromas and flavors of the products of my land processed according to the tradition handed down from generation to generation. Would highly recommend this pizza course to anyone, great experience to remember! Agostino and his colleague did a great job explaining each step and making sure we understand and can really apply it ourselves. Really authentic setting in a real Italian Pizzeria. They made us feel comfortable the whole time as part of their team and always gave us fresh drinks. Afterwards we could enjoy our pizza creations, which was the best pizza we ever had! We had a fun time learning to make Neapolitan pizza with Agostino. He explained all the steps, showed us how to do it, then he had us get our hands dirty making our own individual pizza margherita. The best part was getting to eat our own creation! And it was simply amazing.
