What you'll do
The experience begins at the reception center of the Ayaltue park, then we will start the guided tour through our hand-built trails between the native forest of northern Patagonia, learning about the indigenous culture, local customs and religious culture of Chiloe. At this point of the tour we will stop to start preparing the curanto (typical dish made of seafood, potatoes, smoked pork and other meats) in our "Palafitos" dining rooms, where the guest will actively participate learning the typical local recipe, all accompanied by 2 varieties of Chilean wine. Once the preparation is completed, we will begin the second part of the tour, through our area of young native trees and shrubs, as well as a visit to our mythological trail, where you can learn about Chiloe's mythology with real scale figures of legends such as the Trauco, the Pincoya and the Invunche. Once the tour is over we will return to the dining rooms where the curanto will be served.
