What you'll do
You'll be welcome in my home kitchen to prepare together some classics of Bolognese cuisine, the most famous in the world. But ... surprise: using only vegetarian ingredients. I like to think that the flavour of our gastronomy can be savoured even by those who do not eat meat. The result will be indistinguishable from the traditional version of our most famous recipes. We will begin by getting to know each other with a cup of coffee or tea, matched by some Bolognese pastries. Then, inspired with recipes that you'll receive at the end of the class, we will create three typical first courses: passatelli, tortellini and Bolognese lasagna. Then we'll have lunch with the result of our work and you will receive the teaching material that I have prepared for you.

My name is Laura and I really love cooking. For years I ran a vegetarian and vegan cooking workshop. I held cooking classes in italian and in english. Now I decided to share my passion and my skills with the visitors of my beloved city. Let's cook together! (I have a training certificate for food experts from the Local Health Authority, which I periodically update)
I will welcome you with raviole bolognesi, the typical shortcrust pastry stuffed with quince jam (mostarda bolognese)
Coffee or tea to accompany the small pastry and, at the end of our work, a glass of a good local wine to taste the delights…
Participants are provided with all the cooking tools and all the necessary linen (towels, aprons)
