Every experience is reviewed for authentic culinary traditions.
I've been cooking since I was seven. I'm from the region of Apulia and my aunt taught me how to make everything from pasta to focaccia as well as delicious ways to prepare vegetables that I just don't see people demonstrating. I have carried forward this tradition for fifty years. In the UK I've taught Regional Italian Cookery to help students develop practical cooking skills as well as how to use different tools to make pasta shapes. I also have extensive knowledge of different types of flour. My family and I live in the countryside with our cats near lake Vico. We are fluent in English.
Appetisers to be eaten with homemade wood-oven baked focaccia and bread, as well as desserts, all made here.
Wine and water will be provided for the dining experience.
