What you'll do
I pick you up from Kemi bus station near city center. Then we drive to Kalli 15 km and hike for 0,5 km to reach the Kalli viewtower. The viewtower is the highest point of Sea Lapland and it has dark, open view to the north where the most of the Auroras are seen. We make campfire and fry some marshmallows and sausages. You have also chance to get photographed at the Kalli gate. After the hunt we get back to Kemi.

I'm nature explorist and born in Kemi. I like doing extreme sports like orienteering, skiing, trail running, multisports and rogaining which some of I am also the Finnish Champion. For aurora hunts I know the best places and surroundings around Kemi. I can also help to adjust the camera settings for catching the best photos of northern lights if we see them.
Where you'll be
Kemi bus station is easily reached from Kemi hotels, hostels and other accommodations by walk. Also public transportations busses and trains operate through it. Kallinkangas is the best outdoor center near Kemi with slalom hill and cross-country skiing tracks for winter activities. Kalli has also the viewtower in the highest point of Sea Lapland.
