What you'll do

After we meet at our agreed place, we will go to my place and we will welcome you with Moroccan hospitality hot tea with mint or cafe. At this point, you will choose what you want to cook: a choice of salads including: Tagines and Salads and Soups . I can help with my experience, what a good dishe to cook, If you don't have any special dishe, That you want to cook. SALADS : _Chalada (tomatoes and onion and parsley) _ Zalouk (roasted aubergine with spices) _Khizou M’shrmel (marinated carrot salad) _Shlada d l’barba (beetroot salad) _Taktouka (spiced green pepper salad) SOUPS : _Harira (traditional hearty Moroccan soup) _ Bissara (split pea or broad bean soup with spices, garlic and olive oil) DISHES : _Tagine seasonal tagine with vegetables _Tagine choice of chicken, lamb, beef or fish. _(Couscous) vegetable and meat or Vegetarain (7euros = 80 Dh ) extra if you want to cook Couscous It will be an easy going cooking class for you to learn so much about the Moroccan traditional ways to cook. I will be around to help and explain.

We are a traditional Moroccan family who have embraced our culture with ways passed down through the generations from my grand grandmother and grand grandfather. My mother was taught how to cook traditional dishes from the age of 7 years old,So i learn too, like Harira, Zalouk, Taktouka, Tagine, Couscous and lots more. I will be there and my mother to help you take the taste of Morocco home with you....
