Then we will visit the family cellar, dating back to 1850, where you will discover our centenary oak casks, which we are still using nowadays to make our wines. After this, we will sit down to have lunch and start your discovery of some Alsatian specialties (seasonal soup, Alsatian Riesling pie with salad, local cheeses, bibalaskas (Alsatian cottage cheese) with handmade jam, gingerbread, all with Alsatian wines from the winery and a local beer (or handmade fruitjuice for the kids).
In this way you will discover the richness of the Alsatian gastronomy while enjoying the place (old cellar totally renovated in 2015 - mix of authenticity and modernity.

My husband Yvan and I operate a family vineyard, created in 1778 in Alsace, few kilometers south of Strasbourg. We are the 11th generation of winemakers, from the same family. We love to share our passion for the wine through our family history, our little cellar secrets, in a sympathic and warm atmosphere. The ZEYSSOLFF family cask, made in 1897 specially for the World Fair in Paris, is one of our main curiosity. We welcome you with pleasure in our winetasting cellar called "Au Péché Vigneron".

This was a lot of fun! The tour was very informative and the staff was so friendly. The wines and lunch were excellent. I would definitely recommend if you’re staying in the area!

I booked a tour in English, and there were supposed to be two other English speakers; however, they cancelled so I was the only one there while there was a separate French speaking tour at the same time. I fully expected to be added to that tour, but they didn't do that at all. They treated me no differently even I was by myself in terms of explanations about the family vineyard and Alsatian wines, all the while getting to taste different varieties of great tasting wines. Overall, a great experience with the tour, tastings, and delicious multi-course lunch.

It’s a nice cellar and nice wine, nice experience. I bought some wine from them in the end. It’s better if you book it with your friends, I booked only for one person and was sitting at a table alone by myself to have the food.

The food was really good and the introduction to the wine farm and its history was also really interesting. The wine tasting/wine pairing with the food was disappointing. The amount of wine in the glass was so little you could barely taste it, never mind pair it with the food. Also we did not get the beer and our daughter received one tiny glass half full of juice. The experience should rather be lunch at a winery. Would be a better description.
