What you'll do
The first stop is to the famous St Lawrence Market to share a peameal bacon sandwich (the official food of Toronto) and learn about its history in the market. From there, we'll hop on a streetcar and ride across the Financial District (where people "bring home the bacon" from) to small but popular takeaway place to try what's probably the best pork sandwich you'll ever have and talk about how immigration changed the food culture of the city. Afterwards, we'll walk through part of "Graffiti Alley" to Queen Street West and visit an excellent butcher shop to talk about sustainable farming and try what's likely the best bacon you've ever had. All of that is followed by our final stop at a unique beer and sausage restaurant inspired by German beer halls with communal seating and a great variety of sausages, award-winning fries, and local craft beer and cider on tap! It's an afternoon of bacon, pork, sausage, and (if you like) beer! You won't leave the tour hungry!
My friends Tim, Mike, Bri, and I are not only actors and tour guides, but foodies crazy about bacon and pork. Nothing pleases us more than feeding people bacon. Tim is a character actor and studies hospitality and culinary arts. Mike is a comedian and no matter how much bacon he eats, never gains weight. Bri is an actress and loves bacon more than anyone we've ever met. It's a bit crazy. I developed this experience as a way to share my favourite bacon and pork themed places with friends and visitors. Making you happy makes us happy!
The food portions served throughout the tour amount to one meal.

Where you'll be
Our tour will visit family-owned diner, take you by streetcar to the trendy King West neighbourhood to a small sandwich shop that's grown into a small local chain, walk you through Graffiti Alley - arguably the most 'grammed' part of Toronto - to a locally-owned butcher shop then at a restaurant that takes it's beer an sausage seriously.
