I’m a Québec born world traveler and baker. I have spent more than half my life living over in Vancouver and overseas. I've acquired knowledge in many places around the world which has made me a well rounded baker. I have recently moved back to my roots here in Québec and am hoping to spread the love and passion I have developed over the many years for artisan bread making. I've been baking daily for nearly half a decade now and I've developed techniques to make artisan handmade bread making accessible and easy for first timers!

Where you'll be

I live in a very lovely Mile End apartment. With the help of my beautiful Interior designer girlfriend, we try our best to set a cozy, heart warming atmosphere in our home. Ambient music from a record player, plants everywhere, scented candles, you name it we have it! This is meant to be a pleasant experience for everyone so every aspect of the workshop has been carefully designed to appeal.

Will is awesome, a great teacher, and structured the activity really well. The space is very cozy. It was a great way to spend an afternoon, and he even accommodated a special time for our schedule.

We had an awesome time learning to make bread with Will! The only other member of our session had to cancel, so my boyfriend and I had the whole class to ourselves, which was great. Will was friendly, knowledgable, and very helpful! He even had his girlfriend give us some recommendations for dinner in the area. We made delicious baguettes and tried a loaf of Will's sourdough that was to die for. I had never even attempted making bread before, and would highly recommend this class to anyone interested in learning, regardless of experience!

I would describe my experience as intimate, fun, creative, and goofy. What a lovely way to spend four hours getting to know our host, Will, and other people as interested in delving in to the bread making world. Location is prime, as is socializing and nerding out over bread and life with doughy fingers and wafts of fresh bread preparing for our tasting pleasure. Bravo and thank you, Will!
