As a cheesemonger, international cheese judge, and award-winning author, I'm one of the UK’s leading voices on cheese. My career began with a single, extraordinary bite at the Borough Market in 2000. By 2002, I'd joined Neal’s Yard Dairy, selling and making cheese alongside the country’s top artisans, before founding The Cheese Tasting Company in 2014. When I'm not leading tastings or writing, I visit cheesemakers across the UK, listening to their stories and sharing my discoveries.
