What we’ll do

Locals in the Suburb is a walking tour in one of the biggest suburbs in Reykjavik. We take the local bus from the centre of Reykjavik to the suburb. When we are there we walk in a loop seeing how the locals are living, where they live and discuss life in Iceland. Where you'll be

Breiðholt is one of the biggest suburb in Iceland. Mjódd is the bus terminal. We walk through the shopping centre to see where the families go for groceries. We walk through Bakkarnir residential area. We walk up the hill to Efra-Breiðholt. We walk along Langavitleysa apartment building. We walk to Gerðuberg community centre where we might sit down for coffee, use the bathroom, meet some locals. We walk to local swimming pool. Bus back to centre
