What you'll do
9pm I welcome you directly at Monte Carlo train station. Then, we will go to Beausoleil and its market, on the edge of Monaco, enjoying the local lifestyle... and Gustave Eiffel's buildings! After a coffee in the middle of a very friendly neighborhood atmosphere, we will go to the Japanese garden, through unspoilt villas and hidden streets that only the "monégasques" know. 11am We will visit the gardens of the Opera, a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean sea, and by small houses, we will reach the church Sainte Devote and the district of La Condamine, the heart of Monaco. 12am We will visit a craft spirit factory and do orange wine tasting. A very fine liquor, made with the oranges of Monaco! For lunch time, we will buy some typical specialities (cheese, socca, pichade...) at the market of La Condamine. After which, we will finish with the best ice cream of the city. 14am Let's climb "the Rock" (Le Rocher), the old district of Monaco! We will finish our tour under centenary olive trees... and why not playing pétanque?
Hi there! My name is Paul, I am a former chef, and licensed guide in Monaco & French Riviera. As a chef, I will introduce you to the world of foodies and wine... To discover products, craftsmen, suppliers - and not only! Because “eating” is a way of discovering and understanding Monaco and its inhabitants. But above all, my main aim is to share a moment of pleasure! I had the opportunity of furthering my training at the Astrance (***Michelin) in Paris. Marked by this experience, I went off to discover techniques and histories, in France, Italy, Russia and Japan. I finally felt in love with the Riviera, where I'm currently living (Monaco), and its wide range of foods, products and specialities!

Condamine & the Rock: very lively districts, with narrow streets that hide a lot of secrets Fontvieille: a district built on the sea Jardin Exotique: the last olive trees field remaining.
