I’m a Yoga and Ayurveda Therapist, with a love of plant-based medicine through food. My classes are very popular to those wanting to transition to vegetarian, vegan, gluten free or just to improve overall wellness. I live most of the year in India and based in Palolem, Goa. I am familiar with many of the local markets and take pride in creating my own budget friendly, yet gourmet delicious recipes. I also am responsible for the vegan menus of two fully vegan restaurants, where I designed exclusive menus and trained their Indian staff. I love to Veganise

Where you'll be

The cooking classes take place in a lovely modern kitchen and are limited to 3 people per class to create an intimate experience.
